Description

WhatAlead Integration for Setlyy connects your WordPress website to Setlyy, your AI-powered WhatsApp sales assistant.

Once connected, the plugin can automatically add the Setlyy WhatsApp widget to your public pages. Visitors can start a WhatsApp conversation with your Setlyy assistant, which is configured from your Setlyy account to welcome visitors, ask qualifying questions, explain your offers, collect useful information, trigger follow-ups, and route qualified leads to your team or booking flow.

The integration is managed directly from the WordPress admin:

How it works

1. Install and activate WhatAlead Integration for Setlyy on your WordPress site.
2. Click Connect Setlyy inside Settings > Setlyy.
3. You are redirected to Setlyy to authorize the connection.
4. Setlyy returns a secure installation code to WordPress.
5. The plugin exchanges that code with Setlyy and stores the connection settings.
6. WordPress can then load the Setlyy widget script and fetch the latest widget and campaign link configuration.
7. You can copy tracked campaign links into WordPress buttons, page builders, menus, landing pages, or shortcodes.

The plugin may request data from:

The Setlyy service provides:

• the OAuth-style connection flow used to connect WordPress to your Setlyy account;
• the JavaScript widget loaded on your public pages;
• the widget configuration for your Setlyy assistant;
• your WhatsApp number and CTA display settings;
• tracked campaign links for website, organic, and social CTAs.

When you connect or refresh the plugin, WordPress sends the connection code, the connected agent ID, and the site URL to Setlyy so Setlyy can identify the correct workspace and return the current widget and campaign configuration.

Conversation handling, WhatsApp assistant behavior, lead qualification, tracking, and follow-ups are managed by your Setlyy account.

Data handling and privacy

What data is stored in WordPress?

The plugin stores connection and display settings in the WordPress options table, including:

• the connected Setlyy agent ID;
• Setlyy endpoint URLs used by the plugin;
• campaign links synchronized from Setlyy;
• the latest sync timestamp and sync error message, if any;
• the widget enabled/disabled setting.

The plugin does not store visitor conversations in WordPress. Conversations, AI configuration, qualification logic, follow-ups, and lead data are handled in Setlyy.

What data is sent to Setlyy?

During connection and synchronization, the plugin sends data needed to identify the Setlyy workspace and return the correct configuration, such as:

• the temporary connection code returned by Setlyy;
• the connected Setlyy agent ID;
• your WordPress site URL;
• plugin synchronization requests for widget and campaign link data.
