In your dashboard go to Plugins Add New Plugin and search for “Contact Form by Supsystic”. 2. Click Install Now, then Activate. 3. Open the Contact Form menu, click Add New Form and pick a template. 4. Add or edit fields, set the email and the success message under Submit Options, then save. 5. Copy the form shortcode and paste it into any page or post, or add the Contact Form widget to a sidebar. ## FAQ ### Is the free version limited in forms, fields or submissions? No. You can create unlimited forms with unlimited fields and receive unlimited submissions. ### How do I add a form to a page? Each form has its own shortcode, for example `[supsystic-form id=1]`. Paste it into any post, page or widget area, or use the Contact Form widget. ### Which field types are included? Text, email, number, URL, textarea, select box and list, radio buttons, checkboxes, country lists, date, time, month, week, colour, range, Google Map, hidden fields, HTML delimiters, reCAPTCHA, submit and reset buttons. Pro adds file upload, rating, address search and more. ### Where can I see the messages people send? You get each message by email. Turn on Save contacts data under Submit Options and every submission is also stored in the Contacts list of the plugin, where you can export it to CSV. ### My form does not send emails. What should I do? Use the Send Test Email button under Submit Options. If the test email does not arrive, your server probably blocks PHP mail: install an SMTP plugin and send through your mail provider. ### Does it protect forms from spam? Yes. Add a Google reCAPTCHA field to any form. Pro also supports reCAPTCHA v3, hCaptcha and Cloudflare Turnstile. ### Can I redirect visitors after they send the form? Yes. Show a success message, hide the form, or redirect to any page, in the same tab or a new one. ### Does the plugin show form statistics? Yes. The Statistics tab shows views, submits, successful sends and errors on a chart by hour, day, week or month, and you can export the data to CSV. ### Can I show a form in a popup? Yes. Had a problem with an error problem with the installation of the reCAPTCHA form. Website provider had no clue. Expert on WordPress didn't know. Supsystic support took the time to figure out the source of the problem, and it was obscure. They sent a screenshot of installing it on another site and links to the Google areas needed to do it correctly. (the reCAPTCHA form is a Google product). Es ist DIVI als Theme im Einsatz Felder lassen sich nicht verschieben Formatierung von Textfeldern funktioniert nicht Versand von E-Mails funktioniert nicht, obwohl die Testfunktion im Plugin Mails versendet. Bestätigung wird nicht angezeigt. Support sagt liegt am Provider, warum geht dann aber alles andere auch nicht? Wir hatten die bezahlte Version im Einsatz. I installed the plugin, got it to work and then went to add in an upload form and find this is not a part of this plugin but is a part of the Pro version which is not what is offered here on wordpress.org. The plugin itself works well, it looks a little dated in design but is quite straightforward to use. If you need a contact form plugin for someone who needs a form builder front end then this may be of use, just be aware that several of the features listed are a part of a paid version and not what you are downloading here.
