  • Check if you have security plugins active – Security plugins usually restrict the accessibility of endpoints/URLs on a WP online store. The Security plugin may not be allowing ParcelPanel to connect to the server. If it is, disable the security plugin and test again.
  • If the error is still not resolved, then please check with your host if they have some sort of firewall enabled. If they do, please ask them to disable that and check again. Also, make sure to Whitelist ParcelPanel IPs.

I am using the order tracking plugin "ParcelPanel". It is the best order tracking plugin I have come across. It offers everything I need and more. The plugin offers tracking page customization. It is perfect for shopify and Woocommerce stores. It also has a chat functionality right on the website it's installed on to get an immediate customer support.
