WooCommerce SSL Seal

Description

WooCommerce is the most popular plugin in use to power WordPress store fronts and now you can show your customers that your site is secure while they checkout. It is a must that if you are accepting credit cards on your site, you need to have a SSL Certificate installed and setup. Take this a step further and let your customers know that the page they are entering their credit card information on is 100% secure.

This plugin will let you:

  • Display a default image
  • Display custom image
  • Embed a Secure Seal SSL provider.

All displays will be directly under the PLACE ORDER button on your WooCommerce checkout page.

I am indeed the developer of the plugin. WP Fix it removed me from the developer’s list of this plugin. Careful on installing this plugin, he takes my working code and then tries to drive traffic back to his site. He is incompetent as both a WordPress developer and a representative of the WordPress community.

When pasting the code from Symantec into the SSL Embed Code box, the javascript code is stripped out making the plugin useless for the Symantec SSL Seal.

Did exactly what it needed to do – displayed the SSL certificate logo and a weblink for the visitor to test the certificate. At first I tried to post the javascript code from my SSL provider into the SSL Embed Code box, but the script part didn’t work properly. So I just stripped the code down to the link and wrote “click here to get the SSL report for … ” Works fine.

No matter how I set this one up it fails to work. The concept is good however it doesn’t work. I would NOT RECOMMEND TO INSTALL this plugin at all.
