This plugin uses a third-party service to determine the country of the user clicking a WhatsApp link.
It makes a request to ip-api.com to retrieve the country information based on the user’s IP address.
- Service used: ip-api.com
- Purpose: To log the country from which a click originated.
- Data sent: The user’s IP address
- When: Every time a WhatsApp link click is tracked
- Terms of service: http://ip-api.com/docs/legal
- Privacy policy: http://ip-api.com/docs/legal#privacy
No other personal data is sent to this external service.

Installation
- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/whatslink-click-trackerdirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
- Go to
Tools WhatsLink Trackerto view logs.
