Once connected: * **What is loaded:** the Which AI Sent tracking script, from https://whichaisent. com/t.js, on your site’s public pages. * **What is sent, and when:** on each page view, the referring site, the page address( without the part after “?”), campaign tags and phone/computer, with random visitor and visit IDs. When a visitor submits a contact form, the details they typed in that form. With WooCommerce, on the order-received page, the order number, total and currency only (no names, emails or addresses). * **What is not collected:** no IP addresses are stored, no advertising cookies are set, and passwords and hidden form fields are never read. Then go to Settings Which AI Sent and paste your site key from your dashboard. ## FAQ ### How do I track ChatGPT traffic in WordPress? Install this plugin and connect it to a free Which AI Sent account. Visits from ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot and other assistants are then labelled automatically, with the leads and sales they led to. No code or GA4 setup is needed. ### Can I see which WooCommerce orders came from ChatGPT? Yes. Each completed WooCommerce order is counted once, with its number, total and currency, and credited to the channel that brought the customer, including AI assistants. ### Does it catch customers who never click? Partly, and honestly. No tool can track a visit that never happens. Which AI Sent adds a “How did you first hear about us?” answer to your leads, so customers who asked an AI and then called or searched your name are counted as _Declared_ AI leads, kept separate from tracked clicks. ### Does it track Google AI Overviews? Google counts AI Overviews and AI Mode clicks as normal Google search and doesn’t separate them, so we don’t guess.
