It does everything I need and has meant I no longer have to pay for the invoicing plugin I was previously using. Orders come in, invoices go out to customers automatically, I don't have to touch anything. The packing slips print clean and the templates were easy enough to tweak without any coding. Numbering stays in sequence, which my accountant appreciates. The free version covers everything I actually needed; I only looked at Pro for the shipping labels.
