No Good - Didn't Install Correctly - Not User Friendly No Support - WASTED AN HOUR OF MY TIME

The plugin would be really good if all of it worked. The grid short code just doesn't seem to work, even when trying to use his own example from the http://www.yt4wp.com/ website. The first thread complaining about the issue is 5 months old now and the issue was on "top of the to-do list" back then, almost half a year ago, so either the issue is fixed and its only for me it doesn't work or it's not been fixed. Any way made my support thread a month ago no reply. Asked in an old thread to see if any one managed to fix it, the thread gets closed. But I see a trend of him replying to negative reviews so maybe this will get an answer?
