I needed some guidance on connecting my custom taxonomies with a form, and Mark was super helpful in helping me make it happen. It turned out that I was missing a step as I was still learning how the plugin worked, but Mark was nonetheless super kind and patient and got me on the right track. He even logged in to have a look around and pointed out where my mistake was. Love the plugin, very well thought out, user-friendly and powerful.

Having investigated and trialed a number of WordPress form plugins, wsform clearly stands far above the others especially in "screen-painting" UI, drag-n-drop logic and actions. With the wsf_pre_render_... filter and the actions of Redirect and "Run WordPress Hook", WordPress is well positioned as a developer tool for creating full-fledged applications. With the developer-orientation of wsform and the existence of Code Snippets (or PHP in plugins), it is possible to create database-driven applications or internal tools. In fact, our organization has made a decision to base our internal tools on the WordPress platform with wsform, PHP snippets and/or plugins and custom mysql tables. This kind of developer capabilities really makes WordPress a low-code development platform like Retool.

I work on the front-end of a rather large website tha originally used a Mish mash of forms typically hosted on other sites . Moving all of that back on site with wS Form has been an incredibly good decision. The support from Mark has been impressively timely and thorough. Very good product with great support.
